FORMS:
We design, typeset and layout all types of forms such as billing, receipt books, order forms, purchase orders and more.
We can create a new layout/design for you, or convert your already existing hard-copy form into an electronic form. Working with you, this process of new layouts or converted forms yields proofs, either in electronic form or hard-copy, in a matter of days.
Forms can be printed as single sheets or on carbonless paper in two or six parts. We also have the capability of producing the last form on a durable manila tag for record keeping and durability. They can also be numbered in several ink colors - red, green, blue or black. They can be perforated or perforated and bound into books.
Sizes vary from 3"x5" to 11"x17" and can be printed in a single color or multiple colors. Continuous feed forms are also available in any size or quantity.

CALENDARS:
We can produce two kinds of calendars for you.

DESK CALENDAR: These are calendars that lay flat on your desk and act as both a calendar and a blotter. They have large squares on them with dates to accommodate your schedule or important dates/events and other information. These can be printed in either a single color or full color. We print, collate, and pad with a chipboard backer. A hole can be drilled at the top for wall mounting. We can print from your electronic file or design them to your specification and subject matter.

WALL CALENDARS: This calendar folds over on itself, with top pages being graphic images or photos/photo collages, and the bottom half being the calendar. These calendars are usually custom made using the customer's photos and specific information (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) on the calendar half. This style of calendar is usually printed on glossy higher quality paper, to enhance photo quality. The calendars are printed, collated, folded and stapled. Again, a hole is drilled in the top center for wall hanging. These are great for family holiday gifts and family reunions.

POSTERS:
Posters range in sizes from 3"x 5" to 12"x8" or larger. They can be printed in either one or four (full) colors. They can also be either 1 or 2 sided, depending on your usage. They can also be either laminated to protect them from the weather or heavy usage, or they can be mounted on a form core for a more dimensional look.
If they are mounted on a form core, an "easel-back" can be added to the back to allow for counter or shelf display. We can do as little or as many as your job requires. We can either print from your electronic file or help you design what you need.
Included in this area are table tents and laminate menus for restaurants, conferences, wedding parties, etc.

DID YOU KNOW...?
SCAN TO DISK
Why take home bulky paper files? We are capable of scanning paper files and electronically save them to a CD for your use anywhere. We can scan any size paper from 3x5 to an 11x7; either single sided or double sided. This process takes a relatively short time to do, so tight deadlines are not a problem. We are competitively priced, so please contact us for a quote.
LAMINATING
Laminating documents preserves documents by keeping out the dust and dirt, and also helps prevent "wear and tear" by heavy usage. This also permits pieces to be placed outside and be impervious to weather, thus allowing pieces such as outdoor signs a longer life. We can laminate any size document form 3.5 x 2 (business card size) to 11x17 (article/magazine/flyer). We have 3 different weights of laminate available - 3 mil (light weight), 5 mil (medium weight), or 10 mil (heavy weight). VARIABLE DATA PRINTING
Ever wish you could put addresses on direct mail pieces without labels? Well you can. That process is called variable data printing and we can help you with that. Give us an excel file with the information and we can print the addresses on each as the direct mail pieces are being produced or we can insert changeable graphics as needed on each piece. Quantities can be from a hundred to thousands; each custom printed for your customer and their needs.
