PRINTING & BINDERY SERVICESTRADITIONAL PRINTING:Traditional printing offers two methods, photo-direct or negatives and metal plates, to produce one, two or three colors, on offset sheets or coated stock. We can print sizes ranging from 3" x 5" cards to 11" x 17" sheets with a full bleed. We can print carbonless paper in a limitless variety of color inks in sequences of 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 parts in any quantities from 25 to 5000 or more sets. Special color carbonless sequences available upon request. VARIABLE DATA PRINTING:Ever wish you could put addresses on direct mail pieces without labels? Well you can. That process is called variable data printing and we can help you with that. Give us an excel file with the information and we can print the addresses on each as the direct mail pieces are being produced or we can insert changeable graphics as needed on each piece. Quantities can be from a hundred to thousands; each custom printed for your customer and their needs. Envelope Printing:We operate high speed envelope printing equipment, which allows us to offer very competitive rates. This equipment allows to print a wide variety of ink colors on envelopes in quantities ranging from 100 to 50,000. We can print either on the front side or on the back flap. We print envelope sizes ranging from #6 3/4 to 10 x 13 in. catalog envelopes in a wide variety of paper colors and finishes. We can print using your furnished art or we can help you to design what you want. DIGITAL PRINTING:We print from your disk to either our black and white digital printer or to our full color Xerox DocuColor printer. Our new DocuColor 5000 digital press is the ideal application for full color, shorter long run color applications. It can handle coated or offset shorts, and oversized stocks in a variety of weights and sizes. They can range from 8 1/2" x 11" to 13" x 9" that can weigh up to 130 lbs coated in box. The DocuColor 5000 has a rated speed of 50 copies per minute at a high resolution of 2400 dpi. This allows for an outstanding image quality as well as maintaining superb color consistency. For all of your printing needs, from 4-color business cards to full color sales brochures, this equipment can handle it all. We accept files prepared in the programs listed below and we can work from Mac or PC disks using those programs. We have the capability of doing variable data printing, customizing each piece to meet your specific needs
We have the ability to run full color labels on self adhesive stock, then cut to the size required. We can supply any quantity required at very competitive rates. You will always be provided with a proof of the job for your approval before final printing. BINDERY SERVICES:
